Cow face poses:
A good yoga asanas for hair growth is the Cow Face Pose, which stimulates blood circulation and builds bone density. To do this yoga asanas, begin by kneeling on your mat with a towel underneath you if it feels comfortable. Move your hips back a few inches and lie down on the mat with your arms by your side or in prayer position, looking up at the sky. Stay in this pose for 1-5 minutes. You can either try repeating the pose a few times or just take it once during your next yoga session and see how it feels after that.

Camel poses:
One of the most popular yoga asanas for hair growth is the camel pose, or Ustrasana. The camel pose stimulates blood flow and helps with circulation, which in turn stimulates hair growth. It also massages your scalp, relieving any tension that may have built up there. The position stretches your spine and opens your chest area, releasing any tension and stress on the neck.
Begin by kneeling on all fours and then curl your toes under until you are balancing on your knees and shins.

Bow poses:
In this yoga asana you kneel on your shins with your thighs perpendicular to the floor. Reach your arms forward, lengthening your spine and keep the torso tall. Straighten your back so that you are in a bow shape and hold for a few breaths. Bow pose is one of the best yoga asanas for hair growth because it can stimulate blood flow, lymph flow, and help make it easier to take deep breaths which will help more oxygen reach hair follicles.

Plough poses:
In the yogic tradition, hair is associated with strength. Many yogis think that plough pose is one of the best yoga asanas for hair growth because it allows us to stretch and strengthen our muscles while stimulating the blood flow to our head, which can stimulate hair growth. Plough pose stretches many muscle groups including the pectorals, shoulders, chest and abdomen, buttocks and thighs. It also strengthens your arms and wrists and stimulates the internal organs. Start in a seated position with your feet resting on a mat slightly wider than hip-width apart. Bring your hands behind you at waist level then place them palms-down on either side of your body so they’re right above your tailbone.

Shoulder stand poses:
This asana is one of the most beneficial and simplest yoga asanas for hair growth. It stimulates blood flow and helps with lymphatic drainage. Lie on your back, with your knees bent and place your feet flat on the floor. Stretch your arms up towards the ceiling, palms facing each other. Lift your legs off the ground, bringing them in line with your torso and hips. Bring both palms together (as if you are praying) at chest level without bending elbows or extending arms fully. Hold this position while breathing deeply through the nose until you feel a light pressure on your neck/throat region, then release it slowly by lowering both legs down onto the ground one by one until they are resting flat on the floor again.

Legs up wall pose:
Legs up the wall pose is one of my favorite yoga asanas for hair growth. It’s great if you want to stimulate circulation and improve immunity. Plus, it feels really good when you want some serious restorative time! The posture starts by lying down on your back and pulling your knees up towards your chest. Then, simply put your heels against the wall and allow them to slide down until your legs are close to being parallel with the ground. This asana works well because it releases pressure from the pelvic region, which is important because a lot of women experience PCOS which can inhibit hormone production that affects hair growth and development. You can also lie on an inclined surface like a couch or bed with blocks under your head so that you are in a sitting position.

Bridge pose:
One of the most effective yoga asanas for hair growth is called the bridge pose. To get into the bridge pose, lay flat on your back and bend your knees so that they are perpendicular to your body. Next, slowly start raising up into a sitting position by engaging your abs and squeezing them tightly in towards one another. From this position, you should then put weight on your palms and push away from the ground with each hand (pushing up against each other) while also bringing your head off of the ground and trying to straighten both arms and extend them up over yourself. Hold this yoga asana until you feel a nice little stretch and then lower down back onto the ground before repeating again.

Headstand poses:
The headstand is a powerful yoga asanas for hair growth that stimulates the scalp and can create blood flow to your follicles. To execute the headstand, first start with a high-hanging upside-down dog (adho mukha shvanasana), which engages your lower back muscles, then lift your feet up off of the ground while extending one arm upward and the other hand downward. If you need assistance holding this pose, place your hands on a block or chair. The benefits of this pose include weightless-ness, stimulation of key pressure points on your skull and neck, stronger bones in your spine, increases in blood flow throughout the body—including that pesky spot at the crown of our heads—plus an increase in circulation within joints.
